Service provided and workers comp

JIm and Cameron

The service that JIm and Cameron have provided to me is completely unprofessional and beyond under par. Since I started using paycor services on 8/29/2023 I have been charged the wrong Workers Comp amount for employee William Benson, which is me.

I have been getting the carpentry rate charged of $11.44, when it is supposed to be $.15 for clerical work This has been going on for. This has been going on for 7 weeks now. I should be charged around $2.55 and you are charging me $198.21, that is a $195.66 difference. I have brought to the attention of both you, and have been assured that it will be taken care of.

On 9/26 Cameron emailed me stating that "the change has been processed". I waited a week, then attempted to notify both JIm and Cameron that I was still getting charged the incorrect amount. I did so by both email and phone calls. Cameron's only response was via text message stating "I can't talk right now, I'm currently unavailable dealing with personal issues" which was sent 10/6 @ 12:15; no response via text, call, or email was ever sent on the matter.

I then attempted to reach JIm on the matter, and he did not get in contact with me until 10/10 @ 1:14 pm via phone. On that call he assured me that he was on top of the matter and stated during the conversation that he was emailing Cameron on the matter. I was never contacted by either after that date. On 10/16 I was charged the wrong fee yet again, of $199.91, and attempted to reach both JIm and Cameron via email and phone several time to address the issue again and find out what the issue was.

Neither contacted me back, and even went as far as to block my phone calls. So I attempted to reach the workers comp provider myself and find out why I have been charged incorrectly and ro resolve the matter personally. After contacting the insurance company, Berkshire Hathaway, I was informed that the only one that could fix the issue was the agent in charge of my account, which would be a paycor employee. I am assuming that would be Cameron, since he has been my Workers Comp contact.

I then told them my issue with both JIm and Cameron not responding and their inability to resolve the situation. The Berkshire Hathaway employee then attempted to contact them on my behalf, and was not able to. After this conversation with Berkshire Hathaway, I then attempted to reach both Jim and Cameron. Both JIm and Cameron have still not responded, which is not 10/18 @12:13.

On 10/17 @ 2:37 I called JIm again after 6 attempts via phone and 2 attempts via email, I left a voicemail stating that I needed JIm to call me back, and that I was unhappy with the service and wanted to discuss canceling my account. Today I have attempted to contact him again with no response. How this situation has been handled is unacceptable. The only thing I wanted to happen is to have the workers comp pay issue handled and corrected, and that has not happened, and it's been 8 weeks now and $1,565.28 in incorrect charges.

I am now emailing this to both Jim and Camreon as I attempt to contact them to resolve the situation. I am also copying and pasting this email to the customer service email as well to get this resolved, since I will not be using the service until I am responded to with a viable answer on the situation.

I need to speak with someone

My problem didn't get resolved. Was not able to speak or chat with anyone, because this service wanted to charge me a fee, which I feel is unacceptable. My employer put direct deposit account number on wrong. Then i was told I will be charged a $50 reversal for fee, for a mistake I didn't not make, the information I gave the human resources department was correct. They got it wrong, o need to speak to someone asap.

Cannot get ahold of anyone to talk to.

I was able to access the earned wages and they have changed the amount I can access no explanation? I tried calling several times and the wait time was really long.

I have 2 jobs my job in Moberly Mo is paycor now I'm working in Columbia mo it is paycor I've had it reset a few times each time if I go out it won't let me log back in For my paycor in Columbia Missouri And I can't get Noone on the phone to help out.
